Requests for information or records other than those made under existing statutory rights may be made by letter or application form which is available for viewing or downloading in PDF format.

Apart from the documents as specified in the above, a photocopying charge of HK$1.50 (A4 size paper) or HK$1.60 (A3 size paper) for each page or portion of a page unless otherwise provided by enactment or approved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury may be levied in relation to an application for access to information.

The disclosure log provides summary descriptions of the nature of information requested and released under the Code on Access to Information (“the Code”) by this department. The disclosure log will be updated on a quarterly basis.
If any member of the public wishes to obtain any information listed in the disclosure log, an information request should be made to our Access to Information Officer. Such requests will be handled in accordance with the Code.
