E-filing

1. You are strongly encouraged to file the forms online via our E-filing Services (for One-Time filer and Registered User). Please read the Terms of Use.
2. You may file the forms ^Note online as “One-Time filer” and pay the fees via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). Subsequent correspondence issued by the Registrar will be sent to your address for service or contact address by post.
3. You may also wish to become our Registered User (Basic e-Service Account / Full e-Service Account [e-Cert required]) to file the forms ^Note online and pay the fees via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) or online deposit account. Subsequent correspondence issued by the Registrar will be sent to your allotted electronic mail box.
4. Personal data collected by the Registrar of Trade Marks, the Registrar of Patents and the Registrar of Designs (“the Registrar”) in the forms delivered to the Registrar will be used for the purposes set out in the Personal Information Collection Statement.
