3. The PDF forms CANNOT be submitted electronically, by email or by fax.
4. Personal data collected by the Registrar of Trade Marks, the Registrar of Patents and the Registrar of Designs (“the Registrar”) in the forms delivered to the Registrar will be used for the purposes set out in the Personal Information Collection Statement.
