If there has been a change in the applicant’s or proprietor’s name/address/address for service/agent’s details, please file Form P18 (no fee is required) to update the Patents Registry's records.

If you fail to inform the Registry of any changes in your address for service, documents may be delivered to an address that is no longer valid, and we will be unable to process your application/ renewal application further.
