To facilitate the logistical arrangements by the Trade Marks Registry, members of the public who wish to attend any of the hearings listed in the schedule of main hearings/schedule of interlocutory hearings are requested to call 2961 6901 to register the number of proposed attendees at least 5 days before the date of the hearing.
The Registry will update the information in the schedule as required to take into account last minute changes (if any). Please check the latest version of the schedule before the date of hearing.

In order to keep an accurate record, oral proceedings held before the Registrar of Trade Marks / Patents / Designs ("the Registrar") will be recorded.
You are reminded that your submission made or oral evidence given in respect of the proceedings may contain personal data. This notice is to inform you of the purposes and manner of collection of personal data provided in relation to the proceedings held before the Registrar. Please read this notice before you provide any personal data to us.
Personal data provided are to be used for all relevant purposes in connection with the proceedings held before the Registrar (such as, for the determination of the case in question and for the preparation of a decision, which may be uploaded to this Department's website for public inspection). Provision of personal data is voluntary and you may decline to provide such information if you so wish.
The personal data provided may be disclosed to the party / parties to the proceedings and to any person where such disclosure is authorized or required by law, or where you have given verbal or written consent to such disclosure. A CD-ROM containing the audio-recording of oral proceedings before the Registrar will be provided free of charge to any party to the proceedings upon request.
The personal data may also be disclosed to the public as such data may, as the Registrar considers appropriate, be included in a decision prepared by him, which may be accessed through the Internet by the public.
You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data provided to this Department. A reasonable fee may be charged for complying with a data access request.
